What Does a CREATE session look like?

Day 1: We begin with an inspiring CREATE Brainstorming Conversation over the phone to discuss exactly what you want. This takes 20-30 minutes depending on how clear you are on your wish. The session gives me an opportunity to hone in on a tangible version of your wish, work out the visual of what you are asking for, read your energy and keep your wish within the rules of CREATING.

Next, I send you a follow up text or email with two or three exercises and mantras you should do/repeat in order to open your energy, creativity and receptiveness. These are both fun and inspiring.

Day 2: I send you a text or an email with a few reminders and a little more energy information depending on your wish.

Day 3: We CREATE your reality through Guided Visualization. This is also conducted over the phone and takes about 20-30 minutes.

Following our session I will send you an email or text with a few more mantras and energy reminders for the next 14 days.

Two Weeks Later: We have a check-in call. 

Some clients receive their wish between Day 1 and Day 3. If that happens, we will pick something else to CREATE. You are worthy of every good thing. You have unlimited wishes.
